In order to be fair and to allow as many athletes to attend our programs as possible, we have established an attendance policy. Athletes who consistently miss their KEEN sessions will be placed on the bottom of the waiting list so that others may take their place. Athletes will be dropped if...

• an athlete misses 3 sessions in a row without notice.
  
• an athlete misses 5 sessions in a year, without notice. (If absences are due to medical issues, this policy will be waived.)
